Notes For Travelers

You’ll need a mailing address in the U.S. or Canada to receive your challenge pack, but after that you can do the workouts anywhere! If you keep your subscription to Team Beachbody Club you can stream any workouts you buy plus the entire online library from anywhere you have WiFi. Or, you can carry your DVDs with you.

Shakeology comes in either a 30 serving bag or 24 packets for the same price. While it’s nice to get the 30 servings, the packets are really handy for traveling. If you really want all 30 servings you can make your own packet by putting one scoop of Shakeology in a ziploc bag.

This workout has more to carry with you than I generally like. Frankly, I don’t want to pack anything more than my workout clothes when I travel. But I will travel with a resistance band. I am going to test this out to see if I can get away with just the resistance band and door attachment. I’ll let you all know how that goes.

Who: You, me, and your new fitness buddies

When: March 7 – May 8, 2016

What: We’ll begin with a prep week to review materials, set workout schedules, and create a meal plan. Then, on March 14th we’ll begin the workouts 6 days per week for 8 weeks. The final week, we have the option to turn up the intensity for “Hell Week” – double workouts every day. We’ll be keep track of our progress and sharing our experiences in the new challenge group app.

You’ll need: a resistance band with door attachment or a pull up bar AND the Beachbody PT sandbag or dumbbells.
